I’ve spent more than three decades studying, practising and living the work I now share.
My journey began long before Sunkissed Healing Co.
I grew up learning entrepreneurship and marketing alongside my father, Robert James Maillet. I became a mother at eighteen, built a career in marketing, returned to college in my thirties and continued exploring manifestation, personal development and human connection.
Life became my classroom.
ABOUT TASHA
Through motherhood, love, grief, healing, travel and the courage to begin again, I’ve learned that the most meaningful transformation happens when we bring what we know into how we live.
I’ve studied with teachers whose work has shaped my understanding of mindset, manifestation, self-love, spirituality and human potential.
And I’ve brought those teachings into real life — through raising my family, coaching, international retreats, sunrise conversations and gathering people around our supper table.
Alongside my husband Shane, I’ve travelled, taught
and welcomed people from around the world into
experiences of connection, reflection and growth.
I believe in learning by doing.
In creating space to feel.
In choosing love through action.
And in remembering that we can begin again, right where we are.

Today, as I approach fifty, I’m bringing these years of learning and lived experience together through Come Home to Yourself.
My work blends self-awareness, mindset, manifestation, guided reflection, energy practices and movement.

Shane Cowell
Embodied Leadership | Archetype & Performance Guide
Shane was born and raised in the Ottawa Valley; rooted in community, culture, and hands-on leadership. His early training in Police Foundations at Algonquin College shaped his understanding of discipline, awareness, and responsibility. From there, he built and operated a successful general contracting business, learning how to create structure, solve problems under pressure, and lead with accountability.
He is a builder in every sense of the word.
Shane has walked beside me through our international energy tour across Canada, the United States, and Costa Rica, participating in every land based experience, training, and awakening moment that shapes this body of work. he expanded his coaching internationally, bringing his leadership presence to the USA, Finland, Fiji, Scotland, Ireland, and southern France while continuing his advanced master-level education alongside my work.
Shane teaches masculine integration and alignment. Through breath, posture, movement, and disciplined awareness, he guides men and women alike to embody steadiness under pressure, clarity in emotion, and structure in vision.
Within our immersive experiences, Shane ensures that expansion is supported by stability. F.L.O.W lives here —> forgiveness, love, oneness, and worthiness, expressed through grounded action. Insight becomes embodiment. Emotion becomes direction. Vision becomes structure.
He leads through service.

His evolution moved from physical construction into human architecture.
As an entrepreneur, sports mindset mentor, often working with hockey athletes and archetype educator, Shane integrates performance mindset, masculine embodiment, qigong movement forms, and sacred geometry principles into grounded leadership development.
What began as strength through performance matured into strength through presence.
Together, we model balanced leadership, intuitive and structured, visionary and grounded, not as roles; as lived partnership.

When women arrive at our Experiences, they meet a couple who has walked through grief, blended family life, business building, and spiritual initiation and stayed devoted to love.
Women meet Tasha as the visionary and emotional guide.
Women meet Shane as the grounding, respectful, protective presence who holds the edges of the container so they can soften and feel safe.
Every woman is welcomed with clear boundaries, emotional safety, and the promise that this is a space created for her Transformation, not for performance or perfection.
As parents who carry our own grief, we hold deep respect for Every Child Matters and the families forever changed. Our work is rooted in the belief that transformations is collective; every child, every story, every community. We rise together.
We also honour that Sunkissed Healing Co. stands on the unceded, traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabe People. In the spirit of the 8th Fire Prophecy (a time when all peoples walk together in forgiveness, truth, and unity) we continue to walk alongside our Indigenous partners, friends, and knowledge keepers in shared healing, shared learning, and shared hope for the generations ahead.
