I became a coach because life required it. Single mama at 18. Sitting in boardrooms teaching people how to lead themselves, while being a stress-driven, anxiety-addicted woman who hadn't yet done any of it for herself.
Then 2018 reshaped everything. A paramedic who thought he was helping my daughter Hannah took her life force, her chi, ki, prana, in the back of an ambulance. She was 14 years old. And from that grief, this work was truly born.
I moved to 14 acres in Westmeath on the Ottawa River. I made skincare. I went quiet. And I started rising at sunrise every single morning, moving my body through five elemental FLOW, opening up life force energy, and sharing it live with whoever showed up.
That community has been here for five years. We have traveled to Fiji, Costa Rica, Scotland, Ireland, Southern France. We have held ceremonies on this land. And every place asked the same thing: come back to yourself.

You will not eat inside on Saturday night. The table is set beneath open sky — deep in the Ottawa Valley where there is no light pollution and the Milky Way is not a metaphor. 2 furnished tents deep in the forest, beds, linens, fairy lights in the trees. You will wake up to birdsong.

Small boho wooden structures in the woods, eco-toilet inside, journaling station, meditation nook. This is the boho vibe.
