In the 7‑day immersion, we go beyond the reset. You’ll experience what happens when self-love becomes a practice that lives in your body, through land-based “vortex work,” sacred geometry woven into FLOW, and a guided pathway that helps your heart lead your life.This experience includes Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®), shared in a way that feels real, grounded, and usable, so you leave with tools you can actually take home.

4 days is a full reset: rhythm, land, FLOW, community, deep self-love, and nervous system support.
7 days includes the full reset plus a custom-designed experience and a guided plan to go home with. Optional certification is available as an add-on.

Can I come for personal growth only?
Yes, this is built for personal and professional pathways.
CANCELLATION / NO REFUNDS
Because we are a small-group experience with staffing, food, and preparation commitments, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. We strongly recommend travel insurance (including trip cancellation/interruption coverage) to protect your investment. If a serious medical emergency prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not provided, we will review your situation with care and may offer a one-time transfer to a future date or credit at our discretion, subject to availability and timelines.
TRANSFER POLICY
You may request to transfer your registration to another person with prior written approval. The replacement participant must complete all required forms and confirm food/support needs. Transfers are not confirmed until approved in writing.
FORCE MAJEURE (COVID, disaster, travel advisory)
If an experience must be postponed or rescheduled due to events outside our control (including severe weather, natural disaster, travel restrictions, or public health regulations), your registration will be transferred to a rescheduled date or converted into a credit for a future experience. Refunds are not provided in these circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel costs.

I really liked the countryside with horses and dogs, adding the wooded area was lovely. A healthy place to heal. A nice clean place to rest my head at night. Stocked with books, healing crystals, and fresh towels. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. Our retreat hosts, Tasha and team were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.
