If arriving by plane, please arrange your own flight to ensure arrival by Thursday for a 5 PM pick-up. Airport transfers are included in your investment, with drop-off scheduled for Sunday at 5 PM.

Upon booking, you are required to make a deposit of 50% of the retreat cost. Once accepted, the balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start day.
We will not be serving alcohol. You’re more than welcome to bring your own, as you’ll have a fridge in the A-frame cabin. Remember that we get up at sunrise so you do you! As for technology, we encourage you to disconnect. There is wifi available for you- although country living makes it unstable at times!
We continue to ensure that our facilities meet the highest safety and health standards. Here are a few things that you can expect:
- We take your safety and the safety of our staff & practitioners very seriously.
- We have been diligent in ensuring that the retreat is both restorative and fun while respecting and exceeding COVID-19 Best Practices set out by our team, our industry and our Provincial and Federal Governments.
- All staff & practitioners fully vaccinated
- You should NOT attend if you feel symptomatic. All guests will be issued a credit (by way of gift certificate) if they feel symptomatic the day of their retreat, and a new date will be set.
- We clean and disinfect all our spaces
- This policy is subject to change, based on recommendations and guidelines from our local Health Unit, Provincial and Federal Governments
