Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:

Healing Retreats: In the event of an in-person workshop being shut down due to health regulations, the workshop will be rescheduled to a later date, and student registrations will automatically be transferred.

If a client wishes to cancel their registration, they may do so as long as 30 days notice is given, and the non-refundable deposit will still be held and can be applied to a future retreat or IET®energy session (in person or remote) within six months of the original retreat date.

Integrated Energy Therapy Sessions: In the event of in-person sessions being shut down due to health regulations, the session will automatically be switched to an online or long distance session. If clients wish to reschedule their session to be in person, as long as they provide 24 hours notice, they may do so at the next available opening. If they wish to cancel their session altogether, the 50% non-refundable deposit is lost, and the difference paid (if any) would be refunded.
